I've asserted a couple of times in this podcast that probably every business on the planet can be improved 10% or more by using artificial intelligence. I think a big one of these is logistics. Think of, I don't know, online grocery delivery.

Thousands of foods from scores of countries have to be stored and assembled into orders. And then those orders have to be picked and put together, and then that has to be shipped to the end user—flown to a place and put on a truck and then finally delivered. And then don't even get me started on what happens if someone wants to return merchandise. Or, what happens to the packaging that was around the goods and where it goes and how that is all handled.

Our world is a giant beating economic entity with goods flowing around it like blood in a body. It is an area that will see great improvement, which will lower prices, create jobs and improve the environment.
