Four technologies will come together to make the world of tomorrow. The first of these is artificial intelligence which speaks to what our machines are able to do. The second is quantum computing which speaks to the speed and scale at which they can operate. The third is blockchain technology which allows for distributed institutions in society in a brand new way. The fourth is related to genetics with technologies like CRISPR-Cas9 which speak to our ability to alter the structure of life itself.

While you can look at any one of those four and maybe have a reasonable shot at speculating how it will unfold. How these four technologies will interact with each other is beyond comprehension, but together, however they do interact, will make the world of tomorrow.
